1. Pricing & Currency

Unified Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($USD).

Transparent Checkout: The final price shown at checkout is the total cost of your selected product. Any currency conversion is handled by your payment provider or bank.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed shipping fee of $50 applies to all orders.

International Delivery: We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and selected countries across Europe and the Americas.

Delivery Process: Each table is carefully packaged in a protective export crate to ensure safe international transport.

3. Artisan Craftsmanship

Each table is handcrafted using natural wood and premium resin materials. Variations in grain, tone, and resin flow are part of its unique character.

No two tables are identical, making every piece a one-of-a-kind creation.

Custom-made items are considered bespoke and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

4. Warranty & Quality

1-Year Structural Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity or resin bonding under normal use.

Delivery Inspection: Customers must report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product images, designs, text, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Luxtables Collection and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
