1. Order Processing & Production

Each table is individually crafted to order and typically requires 1–2 weeks for production, depending on customization, design complexity, and finishing requirements.

2. Flat Rate Shipping

A fixed shipping fee of $50 applies to all orders, regardless of destination.

3. International Delivery Coverage

We proudly ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and selected countries across Europe and the Americas.

4. Secure Packaging & Export Protection

Every table is professionally packaged in a durable protective export crate to maximize security during international shipping and minimize the risk of transit damage.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once production is complete, international delivery generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier operations.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details so you can monitor your delivery throughout transit.

8. Shipping Damage Assistance

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product so our team can assist you promptly.
