Refund & Return Policy

1. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Custom-made and personalized tables (including size, frame, resin color, or design modifications) are made specifically for you.

Once production has started, these orders are final sale and non-refundable due to their unique nature.

Before production begins, we provide confirmation of design details to ensure full clarity and approval.

2. Ready-to-Ship Products

For non-customized, ready-to-ship items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be returned in original protective packaging
• Return requests must be approved before shipment back

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.

We will offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial/full compensation depending on the situation.

4. Shipping Costs on Returns

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation is no longer possible for bespoke items.
